Engaging with an Employee Assistance Scheme with RISE is an effective way to increase morale and to promote wellness in the workplace. We offer this service on a Pay as You Go basis. That is; there is no ongoing contract required. Whereby a need presents itself in your workforce, management/HR would make contact with us. We would provide a unique code that the employee can quote on their initial call and we would then schedule them in for 6 sessions of solution focussed, short term counselling. On completion of the 6 sessions, this unique reference number is then used for invoicing your company (to protect confidentiality) and the rate charged per session is €50.00.
